COLUMBUS, OH – Ohio Transmission Corporation (OTC), an industrial equipment services supplier and distributor headquartered in Columbus, OH, on December 16 announced the acquisition of AAP Automation, an automation solutions provider and machine control in the north and southwest. AAP Automation will operate under the industrial products group segment of OTC.

Based in Englewood, CO (in the greater Denver area), AAP Automation has three sales offices and two field service sites in Arizona, Colorado and Utah and employs 55 people. AAP’s footprint also reaches Idaho, Wyoming, and New Mexico.
